No, and I'm not sure why. It's annoying because I have to pay the prestige plate fee *again* in just a couple months, and then every year I keep it. I know I saw my first 2020 sticker on a rental car last year, so it definitely happens.

All of the Enterprise rentals seem to have March 2021 registration. My sister gave me her dealer plate frame, so a Rogue with no dealer markings and a 2021 tag definitely looks like a rental haha.
An idea could be emissions. Because it’s older, you have to get an emissions check on it each year. My sister’s Rogue, meanwhile, is a 2019 and doesn’t need emissions for a while.
